Review of Xtend-Life Bone-Protec

Xtend-Life Bone-Support Review

Welcome to this Xtend-Life Bone-Support review. (This product was formerly called Bone-Protect but has been changed to Bone-Support.)

If you suffer from osteoporosis or are “getting older” and are concerned with bone density, or, if you are in need of some extra help in minimizing the effect of broken bones you’ve experienced in the past, this supplement may be for you.

The company says that as Bone-Support is made with pharmaceutical-grade sanctioned materials, and as they are scientifically designed to synergistically fit together, 80% of the nutrients are assimilated by the body.

This means an increase in bone mass density as well as improved calcium absorption in your blood. This of itself will, Xtend-Life contends, significantly reduce the risk of breaking bones as well as osteoporosis itself.

Overall bone health will be strengthened along with a decreased risk of not only bone fractures but also cartilage damage.

Thus, this Xtend-Life Bone-Protec product has significant value to amateur and professional athletes as well as older people who have increased risk of osteoporosis and hip breaking or hip replacement.

Core Elements of Bone-Support That Are Notworthy

Some of the noteworthy elements of this product is that the company says the product’s ingredients are pharmaceutical-grade quality. Many supplement manufacturers try to make up for nutrient density and lack of pharmaceutical-grade quality by adding fillers. Xtend-Life strongly asserts that they don’t do that.

Moreover, having your product ingredients tested by independent laboratories is ideal and that is something Xtend-Life says they do (and can certify) with all their products.

They also manufacturer their supplement products in what are called cGMP-compliant facilities. (This ensures tremendous grade quality with the supplements.) I personally know that most supplement companies won’t do this as it’s too expensive. This is noteworthy as the cGMP standard is the highest purity possible.

If the company makes its products that are in compliance with certain FDA and British Pharmacopoeia standards (not all) — that is highly desirable. The cGMP compliance is itself quite good of itself. Xtend-Life promotes this information in their literature and are proud of it.

If cGMP compliance wasn’t good enough, Xtend-Life, in order to certify their products, they also produce a Certificate of Analysis (COA), which is proof that the potency of each batch of raw nutrients is validated as to purity.

So, Xtend-Life does three things:

  1. They produce a COA for every batch of raw nutrients after the raw nutrients are certified by an independent laboratory.
  2. They manufacture their own supplements with in their own plant. That plant meets high quality standards and is certified as cGMP compliant, which is the highest quality standard possible.

Xtend-Life Bone-Protec meets all of these criteria.

Consumer Reviews & Testimonials — What Others Are Saying

Here are a few testimonials on the Bone-Protec product.

I thought you might want to hear this…As I mentioned to your colleague, I am recovering from a fracture of the acetabulum.

4 weeks ago the fracture had widened, and as my pelvis is supporting a hip replacement, the Specialist gave me a 50/50 chance of it loosening completely, and needing further major surgery.

I just got home from my review with the Specialist at the hospital. He was surprised and pleased with the “dramatic improvement,” how the fracture is “filling in” and the area generally “consolidating.”

As a herbalist, I have excellent nutrition, and I have been doing my exercises. However, I do not doubt that the Bone-Protec capsules I have been taking for the last 4 weeks, have played a major part in helping me to make such an excellent recovery.

I can’t thank you enough.

My friend who is on Bone-Protec has just been to have a dexa scan done and the doctor told her “keep doing what you are doing, your bones have improved. So that’s great news. I’m next just need to make the appointment. Thanks to you and Warren et al, for helping to keep us healthy.

What’s the Price?

One bottle is $29.50. This is a month’s supply.

In each bottle you get 90 capsules, which if taken at the recommended daily dosage, is one month’s supply. While the label has typical product information, one noteworthy part is the batch number, manufactured and use-by-date section.

The reason this is important to us consumers is because it allows us to confirm the product’s freshness. Plus, it allows you to know when the tablets or gel capsules have been created. Their endemic batch number is an internal number that represents when the supplement was made.

The recommended use-by-date element is self-explanatory, and is typically two years in the future past the manufactured date.

Does It Include a Guarantee?

Yes. Xtend-Life offers a one-year guarantee. If you are not happy with it, you can get either a refund or a product replacement.

One thing I also like is that in this age of computer fraud and and security problems is that they have dedicated servers that have EV-SSL encryption. This is typically 256-bit encryption, which is very strong.

What this means to you and me is that you are safe when ordering. The company also has their McAfee SECURE online security protocol tested daily. Plus, they also are certified by TRUSTe as having buying procedures in place that ensure compliance with TRUSTe’s program rigid security requirements.

Their security standards are superb and ensure a safe buying environment without fear of having one’s financial information exploited.

Are There Any Customer Complaints?

No review of Bone-Support would be complete without discussing its shortcomings. The complaints revolve around the product’s price not the product itself.

Xtend-Life politely counters that by emphasizing that their products meet the FDA rules and some standards of British Pharmacopeia and that “you get what you pay for.” In addition, the company says that they could and should charge more but wants their products to be relatively affordable for everyone.

They have a worldwide market universe to solicit from and thus that helps to keep costs down as well.

Another point Xtend-Life makes is that they buy only the most pristine raw product nutrients, i.e., vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, etc. For example, they use only pharmaceutical-grade 98% pure natural crystalline Beta Carotene for their various formulas. (You can read about that here.)

They also have all of their herbal extracts tested for purity by Alkemists Laboratories.
