The author of this Web site, G.R. has a bachelor's degree in English, a minor in Asian Studies and a humble master's in management. He is fond of dogs, cats and dolphins but not rodents or insects. He likes a good turn of phrase, playing softball, writing, playing his classical guitar, and chillin' with friends. He's been studying health, herbs, and homeopathic medicine for over 25 years.

His favorite baseball team is the Detroit Tigers. He also loves the 0-16 Detroit Lions, Detroit Red Wings, and the Utah Jazz. His favorite food is...well...food. Although it's not good for him, he adores cheesecake and key lime pie. He also digs Jamba Juice.
